Having honor means you have a high respect for yourself and everyone around you. You honor your body by eating healthy foods, having a positive mindset, and eliminating anything and everything that is toxic to you. The mindset of having honor in all your actions can be demonstrated through respecting your elders, doing good deeds for others, and taking pride in yourself and what bring to the world!
